Iruaku’s regional and international experience for the past decade has focused on providing successful real estate project outcomes across various asset classes for global clients. Her hands-on experience spans across working both as a design & project management consultant, most recently applying her regional knowledge to start up Haussmann Africa’s oce in Nigeria as Country Lead in 2018, where she developed its full-edged design & build operations over the past 3 years. Iruaku is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a professional degree in Architecture.
